Shana Tova to all!

It was wonderful to have so many taking part in our services this past week as we welcomed the Jewish New Year of 5782. Rosh Hashanah eve was one of the largest gatherings in memory. A clip of our first ever heartwarming, in-person Tashlich at the beach can be viewed here

all that matters logoMany requests came to me this week, and frankly, throughout the year, care of my author’s website www.jangoldstein.com asking where else I might be heard. My best answer is to check out my weekly positivity podcast on apple, spotify, amazon, or elsewhere.

You can access it by computer/tablet or phone. As mentioned at services, All That Matters w/Jan Goldstein launched last fall and is now in the top 10% of global podcasts according to Listen Notes, the worldwide data engine. For those not yet subscribed, here is a link to this week’s 50th episode titled CELEBRATE: https://apple.co/3hhEntF

This shabbat, coming between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, is called Shabbat Shuvah - the Sabbath of Return. It calls for forgiveness and the ability to grant it. This year it falls on the 20th anniversary of 9/11. May the losses and lessons of that day resonate and may the memories of the innocent ever be for a blessing.

We look forward to welcoming you next week Wednesday evening, 9/15, for Kol Nidre, and Thursday morning, 9/16, for Yom Kippur/Yizkor, and, for those able to join, the concluding service by the water Thursday afternoon.  A reminder of the link and services times will be sent to you shortly. Urge others to go to our website to register, and join the deeply moving poetry, songs, prayers, sermons, clips, and community we share together at each High Holy Day experience.

Shabbat shalom and gemar chatimah tovah-

May you be sealed for a good year, Jan
